Our three-products-in-one Podium Bundle is a great way to sample different flavours of coffee curated in different ways. Our top-of-the range Sidama Supreme is a naturally-processed coffee where the cherries are laid out to dry on raised beds in the sun (also known as the ‘sundried’ process). Our Yirgacheffe Yards is a ‘washed’ coffee where the cherries are washed and pulped after sorting. Yirgacheffe is one of Ethiopia’s most famous coffee-producing regions, known for its high altitude, fertile soils and favourable climate. Our Tempo Blend has been expertly curated from a mix of coffee from coffee farms in the Sidama regions of Ethiopia and the Cerrado Mineira region of Brasil. We hope that you will enjoy trying all these coffees and discerning your favourite – that’s the fun of trying different coffees!
Giving back
Pace Coffee has partnered with Footwork, an international initiative to eliminate podoconiosis (or ‘podo’), a non-infectious geochemical disease arising in barefoot subsistence farmers whose feet are in long-term contact with irritant red clay soil of volcanic origins.
£1 of every pack sold of Sidama Supreme and the Podium Bundle will be donated to Footwork. These funds will be used to support the national podoconiosis elimination programme in Ethiopia, and specifically to train health workers and to procure treatment supplies.
