Job Description:
As our Marketing Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in engaging with our target audience of coffee-loving runners and amplifying our brand presence. You’ll be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts across various platforms, including social media, PPC and email marketing. This role offers flexibility, with hourly or daily rates to be determined in discussion with you.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Create compelling content for our social media channels that resonates with our audience of runners.
- Schedule and publish posts, stories, and updates to maintain an active and engaging presence.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- PPC Campaigns:
- Assist in the setup, optimization, and monitoring of PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant terms and opportunities for targeting.
- Collaborate with us to develop ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Business Accounts:
- Develop an action plan for growing our B2B client base by identifying leads for new B2B accounts.
- Email Marketing:
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, segmentation, and scheduling.
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and provide insights for optimization.
- Runner Engagement:
- Leverage your passion for running to connect with our community of runners authentically.
- Share personal experiences, tips, and insights related to running and coffee consumption to foster deeper connections and loyalty.
Requirements:
- A passion for both running and coffee.
- Prior experience and knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools (social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience with graphic design or content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
