Beth is a two-time Olympic bronze medallist from the 2024 Paris Olympics, having won individual and team medals in the triathlon races.
In 2023 she won the World Triathlon Championship Series (WTCS) final in Spain.
Beth started out as a competitive swimmer and then became one of Britain’s top distance runners. With a 10,000m track PB of 32:03:45, she competed over 10,000m at the 2016 Rio Olympics and at the 2017 World Athletics Championships in London.
Her triathlon career started in earnest after her move to Leeds. She first came to prominence at the Super League World Triathlon Series in 2021 where she finished 4th.
